First I want to say the customer service here is bad the employees are rude to customers and my nails and mother in law nails are just wrong I’ve never gotten my nails done and after the polish it looks like I need a fill in I was told and on both sets done the polish is already chipping after 24 hrs of being done. I do not recommend
I had no problem with the service however, I don't know what cheap nail polish they're using but after today's my nails started chipping like crazy , I got acrylic, overlay. At least my toenails haven't chipped yet. However, the color of my toenails aren't even pink anymore. They're turning a white grayish color I spent $85 plus a $10 tip what the hell
Got the hot wax pedicure - the massage was basically a rub down and the wax was still liquid when they removed the bags. They didn't use new equipment. And the place could use a good cleaning - a clump of hair on the floor by the pedicure chairs, extremely dusty, and overall not clean.
I used to love coming to this location but it seems to have gone downhill.
I have been going here for over a year every two weeks. I’ve always been impressed with the excellent customer service and attention to detail they displayed with the shaping of my nails. However I kept getting fungus spots in my nails. When it first happened I shared my concerns with either the application or product as water shouldn’t be getting trapped and causing this issue as I come frequently to avoid that and to have healthy nails. I have soaked off my nails to deal with with the fungus and find another technician.
I was highly disappointed after hearing THIS is the best nail shop in Dekalb. I came here once before and my nails were beautiful. Today was different. It was people complaining about different things wrong with their nails; the associates weren’t helping with their concerns. Mind you I paid for my nails after having some questions about the pricing. I still paid, but once I left I noticed my middle fingers were not the same length nor the same shape. So I politely went back into the shop and showed him what I needed changed. Mind you I paid them their money already. He had an attitude after showing him my nails like it was nothing wrong. After me repeatedly saying it’s not the same, and that one is bulkier than the other, he said he’ll fix it. He had someone else in his chair so I waited on the side. A lady begins to ask me if i needed help with a nail. Then she begins to tell me the same thing. If i’m telling you my nails aren’t the same shape and size, how you just ignore my concerns. So I simply just asked if I could see a nail file and fixed them myself. I don’t like how my opinion didn’t matter to them, but when it comes to paying they want to tax you.
returned for the first time in a few years today and I was so impressed! they renovated and it’s all very nice. basic pedicure was $30 and the technicians were very kind and patient, i didn’t feel judged. more thorough than other pedicures i’ve gotten. also it’s located in a nice spot for if you’re running errands. definitely will come back!
Was very disappointed today took my granddaughter to get her nails done they did not pay attention to what she wanted and did something else if I wasn't late going somewhere I would have had them redo her nails I love going to this place I love the people there they're always on top of what you want
So I went to get a manicure with a no chip polish. $40 is too expensive for a no chip manicure without any enhancements ESPECIALLY when the polish is CHEAP! I can understand if their no chip polish is OPI, Essie or CND, but it's not, and needless to say 8 days later my cheap polish CHIPPED and keeps chipping, completely defeats the purpose of a no chip polish!
