I did not have a good experience taking my two year old son to get his hair cut. Not only was the hair cut unacceptable but the stylist cut the back of his head and was bleeding. She did not apologize or show any compassion even after his reaction to the cut. Charged me full price. I will never take my son here again. Very disappointed. Not once did the manager or staff apologize to me for what happened and made me feel as if I was in the wrong for saying something. When I showed the manager his cut she replied “ That little thing?” And proceeded to run my card for the full refund I asked for.
Took my daughter for hair cut my daughter mentioned that she wanted color in her hair we could not afford it but her hair stylist went above and beyond for my daughter and gave her some color at are price range so now my daughter cynthia is rocking a fabulous hair cut and color thank you Kait Crooms for everything i recommend everyone go here and definitely see Katie
All of the ladies are awesome. Enid is my hair artist and she is amazing! I always leave with a perfect color. And I am never a simple one color and done.. She definitely knows about color and cuts! If you need a hair artist check out Kut-N-Up!
I got a fill in and it didn't last a week , it popped off then ripped my nail off , so if you don't want to ruin your real nails I wouldn't recommend it. I'll never go back here. I'll be nice enough not to say names. But I'm not happy .
Sabrina is amazing. So sweet and professional. She stayed past her shift just to save my braiding issue. Shes a life saver and I am so blessed to discover her. Definitely recommend her.
Newer lady definitely did not make me feel welcome, was in a rush. Love June, Jana and Sabrina though.

I went in for a pedicure. I really wanted a certain design but couldn’t get it due to she couldn’t do designs which is understandable. Not all people can do designs. If you want a Mani or pedi with designs my suggestion is to go to Mimi or Sabrina. They have both done my pedicures excellent and have always had the designs I’ve chosen on point. On the other hand I decided to get a simple French pedicure done and once I got home I took a look at my toes and realized that my white wasn’t all the way across a few of my toes which kind of had me disappointed. Because I am very OCD about my pedicures but over all this is a wonderful very friendly person place.
