I had been here about two times before and didn’t have an issue. This last time I went in a little after 10a and waited for maybe 10 minutes before going back to get a pedicure. The nail tech literally picked at the side of my big toe to bring up extra cuticle or skin callous, cut it a little then literally pulled it off my of toe. Causing me to bleed. They didn’t even care like they didn’t just cause me to bleed until I brought it up and they pulled some green liquid out on a cotton bud and tried to put it on my toe to “stop the bleeding”. No way. After that they were nice and finished my pedicure and gave me a pedicure I didn’t ask for (extra scrub and hot towels which was more money). But they didn’t bother to say sorry or anything and charged me for a regular pedicure (which is what I wanted not the deluxe).
And despite them having a sign saying they wouldn’t service customers who didn’t wear a mask they sure were servicing about 4 women who were maskless.
Great job! Will never return. I should have just drove to Savannah to go to my favorite place even though I live down the road from Elite Nail. Hope my toe doesn’t get infected!
I asked for longer and almond nails and I got short square nails because the guy doesn’t know how to do almond and didn’t tell me till he was already doing the shape and 3 of my nails are already about to pop off and I got them 5 minutes ago!! Will never go back
Do not go here because I went here to get a fill in and you can see where the nail has grown out and my nails are lumpy and there is fuzz up under my acrylic
Friendly people. But the quality of their work is very poor. I paid $45 for manicure ( plus tips) and after 3 days some my “powder” nails cracked :(... I think it’s too expensive for only 3 days of good looking manicure! Don’t use “powder” manicure there. Sorry...
Simple but nice. Linda did a great job and even trimmed my ingrowns without having to ask.
I tried 4 different salons before coming to this one. FOUR. I explained to the owner my experiences with Salons briefly and how I just wasn’t impressed. He really went above and beyond to make sure my acrylic nails were the perfect results. Of course they’re very clean and use the plastic bags in the pedicure bowls and sanitize everything. I am happy to say that I have finally found my regular spot after many tries at many other places.
I definitely recommend this place.

I am a new business owner in town who is incredibly busy.
Even though I am in the beauty industry, I have very little time to treat myself.
I mentioned this and the owner made sure to have my boyfriend and I done in under two hours for two manicures (one with a full set & gel) and two pedicures.
The couple that own this salon are amazing.
I came into this business to try them out after going to a few different places in town.
All of the others were fine, I guess.
But this spot is my favorite.
I like my acrylic nails on the thinner and the husband does a very good job with them.
My boyfriend comes with me and the woman that owns this location with her husband always gives him a really nice pedicure and manicure.
My boyfriend is always excited whenever I take him with me to get a mani-pedi.
Even though he doesn’t get polish or anything, she always takes the time to actually massage his feet which I really appreciate.
The owner went as far as to help me find leasing space in the area.
This level of customer service is way beyond what I’ve experienced at any nail salon in Georgia thus far.
I cannot recommend any other nail salon other than Elite Nail & Spa.
The professionalism, the personable energy, the work, the timeliness is absolutely priceless.
Literally the worst job on my toes! The young lady didn’t even ask me what pedicure I wanted. She just proceeded to give me one that I didn’t even ask for. My toe nails are so crooked looking! I can’t believe the service I just received! Never going back!
